Hunters Hot Springs Lodge is for sale near Lake View, Oregon, the hang gliding capital of the west, the tallest town in Oregon, and the home of the geyser known as Old Perpetual..

(Above is the old geyser known as Old Perpetual with the lodge in the background to the right. I personally think the new owners of the Lodge should rename the geyser (OLD FACE FULL) after the geyser in the YOGI BEAR cartoon. After all Yogi lived in Jellystone National Park)

Lakeview, Oregon is the tallest town in Oregon because it sits at an elevation of 4,800 feet above sea level. Lakeview is the hang gliding capital of the west according to this article Hang Gliding Capital of the West,

but nearby is the resort known as Hunters Hot Spring Lodge which is now for sale . Here is an old picture of the resort back in the old days

Here is the resort from recent photos. This wintertime photo is important to let people know who might venture here that it can be cold in the wintertime.
The rooms I have read have been remodeled and they look pretty good with retro looking refrigerators and microwaves in the room.

The resort has a restaurant and bar called THE NEON COWBOY. It looks pretty cool in the photos.

Now I would be all for cleaning up the landscaping outside.
A little weeding and cleaning up would make the place a tad more attractive. They had this old water feature but it looks like it needs repaired or neatened up a bit.
The sign for Old Perpetual geyser needs to have the weeds cut down in front of it.
Now hunters love this area for goose and duck hunting which is pretty good up near Summer Lake which is not to far away but what I think is a hidden gem is THE SHIRK RANCH ghost town
and Guano Creek slot canyons

Now this would be a perfect place for Kelly Young to pack up her male harem of hunting guides and do a Chuckar hunt in the Guano Creek area because Chuckar Hunting is the most difficult and challenging hunt there is of any animal in the USA I read. This is a beautiful photo of a Chukar.
A catch, clean, and cook video would be perfect and Kelly Young could film this and do the cooking at Hunters Hot Spring Lodge and also relax in the Hot Spring Mineral Pool
Now if Kelly accepts this assignment she can share bragging rights with her male harem of guides and talk about how they went up (Sh*t Creek without a Paddle) and shot Chuckars while they all drink boilermakers. I went down to Florida a few months back to Juno Beach to look for Kelly but it was damn cold.
Someone had tipped me off that she and her male harem always hung out at the The Thirsty Turtle in Juno Beach which advertised for people to come in and try the oysters because it would make your shell hard. I also ate at the local McDonald's at Jupiter Beach and there was this strange trail of McDonald's cheeseburger wrappers that I followed for 2 miles and it led me to a place called Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach. Such is Scouting.....

Now Hunter Hotsprings is for sale and it could be fixed up as a dream hot spring resort similar to these outstanding hot spring resorts in the links here.
