The Secret Springs Resort is for sale. It can be purchased for a mere $799,000 dollars. It is located in the not so scenic town of Desert Hot Springs. The resort has a shady past. It was an exclusive, clothing optional lifestyle (swinger wife swapping) resort featuring natural, geothermally heated mineral pools and operated as a private club where the interior decorator must have got his degree from Walmart. The new owner can restore this resort to glory and change the focus and mission to providing comfortable accommodations for rock climbers, tourists, etc. coming out of Joshua Tree National Park located not so far away.
