This beautiful Inn which I have stayed in personally is now for sale. Inn at Harbour Village for sale. This is a unique place located on the Southern Washington Coast in small fishing village called IIwaco, Washington.

What is unique about the property is that it has 9 rooms, each with their own bathroom, then attached to the building is a Church which is used for weddings, conferences, concerts, etc. Ilwaco is a town of less then a thousand people but it is a short drive to the Oregon Coast or you can head North up the Washington Coast. There are cool ocean attractions nearby. Deadman's Cove being the most popular. 

and of course the two lighthouses. One at Cape Disappointment 

and the other is the North Head Lighthouse 

and there is a nice beach called Waikiki Beach near Cape Disappointment 

and there is also the harbor at Ilwaco to see the boats and walk the boardwalk.
