 Yes folks, the Triangle T Ranch is for sale on loopnet and on Land Watch in Dragoon, Arizona. Before the hotel was built this was an Apache stronghold and camp for the famous Cochise. The topography is very interesting. Check out this video of the ranch: 

Many famous people have stayed here while they filmed movies. For example, John Wayne, Steve McQueen, Glen Ford who starred as the bad guy in the original 3:10 to Yuma (1957), in fact the cabin movie set from the film still resides on the Triangle T Ranch

Like any property for sale there are Pros and Cons. Let's start with one of the cons. For example, the resort does not have a water line or well. Water has to be trucked in. This presents a problem or challenge, especially during fire season. The Casitas need upgraded and remodeled and should have water catchment systems in place to aid in capturing water, especially during Monsoon seasonal rains. Check out this video

They offer hiking of course, they have shooting contests, archery contests, weddings, Dark Sky photography like this 

they host the Garlic Festival which even Vampires love, they have has some newer western films shot here as well. Now one thing they could capitalize on is they should host a rock climbing/bouldering tournament.
