Weisbaden Hot Spring Resort for sale in Ouray, Colorado

 The Wiesbaden Hot Spring is for sale in the ice climbing capital of the United States called  Ouray, Colorado. Wiesbaden Hot Springs for sale Here is their website Wiesbaden Hot Springs Resort It's a beautiful resort with room for even more improvements. Let's look at the hot springs themselves. First there is the big hot pool in front of the Main Lobby. Notice the steam coming off of it in the cold of winter.

There are the underground Vapor Caves with two rooms with lots of minerlization on the rocks if you notice.

and the small outdoor pool called The Lorelai named after the German Legend of a beautiful Mermaid or Siren who lived on a cliff above the Rhine River who lures sailors to their deaths by her enchanting song and beauty causing their boats to crash on the rocks below.

There is a beautiful deck and sun area around this magical hot pool.

Hopefully the snake burned his tongue on the hot water and fled.
Now the resort also has a spa. There you can get an Algae Facial mask as shown here. 

and they have massage as well as shown here.

Now the accomodations are a little ancient and primitive with the Chief Ouray House which in on the National Historic Register but needs a little update or restoration looking at the photos. 

The house is heated with a wood burning stove.

It seems pretty basic. The other rooms in the hotel are more modern as viewed at this link regular room accomodations You can see the various houses you can rent as well. Overall this is a great resort to invest in I think. It is in a beautiful town. Look how cool Ouray looks at night with the mountains looming over it.

The challenges for the new owners would be the long winters. Ouray is known as the Switzerland of America. Here is a daytime photo
