This is an amazing resort with a lot of potential. The Bad news is it is in need of dire restoration and repair with the cabins and chalets, the main building, the boathouse, the Hobbit House etc. This property has essentially been abandoned for years. Hopefully the new owner or owners will give it the tender loving care it deserves and make this a fun place for people to stay at. Reading the yelp reviews were depressing. The current owners purchased the place for like 2.5 million. I am not sure why they are asking for nearly 8 million. Does not look like restoration or improvements have been made looking at the photos and film. This is a true resort and it is close to some other amazing properties such as Castle in the Clouds and hiking nearby to the waterfall known as Fall of Song and the local ski resort known as Gunstock Mountain Resort which features skiing, zip lines, and Mountain Coaster. Moultonborough has a few restaurants as well. Their top ten on YELP

The Kona Mansion Inn is for sale. My only marketing idea is for the realtor to hire Kateryna Demers Hair model 

because she is a resident of New Hampshire and she has a striking presence with all that hair and would be perfect to pose at the resort. She looks good on The Artist Bluff Trail in New Hampshire at Franconia State Park overlooking Echo Lake Kateryna Demers above Echo Lake . She looks good at Lake Tahoe Kateryna Demers at Lake Tahoe and Thanksgiving and Christmas She would be perfect for a marketing brochure for the Kona Mansion Inn Remember, the Kona Mansion Inn resort is for sale .
