Pine Gables is for sale in the mecca known as "The Palm Springs of Wyoming" Evanston, Wyoming

 Evanston, Wyoming is the perfect place to stay when the cops shut down I-80 due to weather. My brother refers to Evanston as the Palm Springs of Wyoming. When the weather is -40 below zero degrees in the rest of the state it remains a balmy -10 below zero here. Look at those beautiful wood floors, fireplace, and expansive upstairs view out the windows. 

Giant bedrooms with wood floors. An exercise room with a craps table as well.

Piedmont had famous old west celebrities living in it such as Calamity Jane and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid with the Hole in the Wall Gang made plans to rob the bank of Montpelier, Idaho while staying in Piedmont. Piedmont is a ghost town with the kilns and a lot of old decaying houses from the 1800's falling apart all around there.

The next idea is to undertake stretching the Bear River Trail clean down to Coalville, Utah that way Cyclists could have an annual race from Park City, Utah to Evanston Wyoming because the trail would all be connected. It would make for a real challenge with the change in altitude. Think how that would help Evanston's economy as well as bring customers to the B&B.
