December Idea is to build like Squish Studio villas on Ram Island in Washington state

I was admiring Squish Studios of Fogo Island by Saunders Architecture and thinking it would be perfect for Ram Island Washington.

The design is perfect for cold rainy climate. The island itself is fairly dry with the exception of winter time.

The island is small so I would only go for about 5 of these units on the island. They could be decked out in luxurious comfort on the inside and would be ideal for a specialized resort.

Amenities and services can be found on the adjacent island which would be reached by the French made Seabubbles: 

This would make for a fun ride back and forth between the islands for the resort. This is the idea for December 2018.
