Build a Green Magic Home Hobbit House Resort in Oceanside, Oregon

The Oregon coast is green and beautiful and the tiny town of Oceanside would be the perfect place to build a resort of Hobbit Homes on the hillside overlooking the ocean.

The name of the company providing these structures is Green Magic Homes. I think it would be immensely popular and would a be another great asset to the community. Maybe there is an organization called "Hobbitat for Humanity" to build it.
