The building is over 300 years old and does need some obvious restoration. Check this article: Inn needs restored and this one where the city of Oxford condemned the building. Oxford condemns historic Robert Morris Inn. If you head over to Trip advisor you can see the water damage and potential mold issues in the rooms like the photo below and other rooms that look okay. Notice the yellowing on the wallpaper.

Obviously the roof needs repaired and mold remediation needs done. Now the restaurant in the hotel was rated fairly high on yelp.

This property is a historic treasure and needs preserved. Hopefully the new owners can restore and care for it properly. Like I say it is for sale
