A photographers retreat should be created at the Hidden Springs Ranch in Running Springs California

The Hidden Springs Ranch is for sale in Running Springs California for a hefty $6,450,000.00 Hidden Springs for sale and video here           The interior of the main house leaves little to be desired, as if some pack rat bachelor with an odd filing system and interior design taste took over.

With the mismatched chairs and worn out furniture look you can see the kitchen from this angle.
and now into the straight forward kitchen.
Now the outside boasts the pond which has 500 Koi Fish in it that really need to be donated to some organization that cares for them. It is a large expense and they are not native to the USA. Donate them to a zoo or animal shelter or sell them off to people who want them.
They have shaded areas for you to view your school of Koi.
And you can view them from this shaded area also.
There are 5 garages with two of them big enough to fit an RV into it.
And another Garage photo here.

There are horse stables for equestrian fans
, and a shooting range as well and the communication tower on the property creates a built in long term income opportunity. There is also additional land to put more buildings on etc. to develop. I do like the viewing platforms above the property where you can get a great sense of your surrounding views. This one:
and this one
and look at this aerial view of the place looking down from the platform.
Now the second house has been remodeled and cleaned out. Here is one of the rooms with fireplace and two ceiling fans.
and a kitchen like area
and storage area with lots of cabinets.
and even more rooms
and yet another
So this is the outside of the 2nd house.
The place has a lot of potential and yet I feel the Koi Pond must go. Either replace it with a new swimming pool or drain the thing, get rid of the invasive fish, and let the native fish, plants, and animals of the area have the usage of the water. I think a photographers retreat would be perfect because not only the scenic canyon where the house is located but you are close to several beautiful lakes like Big Bear which is 25 miles away and Lake Arrowhead which is only 17, Oak Glen Castle which is 37.6 miles away. Check out the castle:Oak Glen Castle and you are only 14.1 miles from San Bernadino for shopping to restock the place with food and supplies.
