The Victor Mall Hotel is for sale in Victor, Colorado for $495,000.00

 The Victor Mall Hotel a historic building is for sale in Victor Colorado  What a beautiful building in an historic gold mining town at nearly 10,000 feet of elevation. Victor is just 5 miles from Cripple Creek, Colorado. 

There are currently 5 rooms for rent but the building is in dire need of renovation and more rooms could be added. As is the rooms look bland and from the 70's. 

So this upstairs corner room could be remodeled to look very cool. First get rid of the 70's decor and remove that horrible carpet and burn it. The Lamps look salvageable, it just needs some new shades on the lamp. Now the Black Monarch Motel across the way in Victor, Colorado has theme hotel rooms based on mass murderers whereas the Victor Mall Hotel would be based on the concept of a "Modest Love Hotel" but not a skanktuary like some "Love Hotels" which have stripper poles, heart shaped beds, etc. I would have round shaped beds because they look cool and unlike the heart shaped beds where your legs hang off at the narrow end, the round bed prevents  that uncomfortable disaster, behold: 

Now I would design the bathrooms Australia style. When I visited Australia I discovered they have two rooms. One room has the bath, shower and sink and then the other room has the toilet and sink. To make the bath/shower impressive for the hotel rooms I would install this Luxury Steam Shower/Bath. You need a luxury item for the hotel like this because the people who might be staying there are most likely going to be Mountain Bikers, Hikers, Mountain Climbers, and Gamblers because that is all there is to do in Victor and nearby Cripple Creek. Since those people/guests will have sore muscles, they need a luxury shower/ bath system, not so much for the Gamblers but they might need a good shower/ bath to enjoy before they blow their brains out for gambling all there money away. Remember you are at 10,000 feet so as "Rockhound Smith" use to say, "You can't fight altitude, you just have to learn to get along with it" Those Smith boys sure had a lot of wisdom....Now the restaurant needs to use a combination of hydroponics and heated greenhouse to grow their own vegetables to supply the restaurant. They could incorporate both a heated greenhouse and hydroponics on the roof of the building sort of like this New York Restaurant called Bell, Book, and Candle Rooftop Hydroponics. Lots of space on the roof of the Victor Mall Hotel and if the backyard was cleaned up the greenhouse could go there as you can see.

So the building can be purchased pretty cheaply but to fix it up nice would require a very large investment for the remodel and installing the restaurant, but it would also be the nicest and most luxurious hotel at 10,000 feet elevation in the United State of America. A great chance and opportunity to make history.
