The old Police Station in Bisbee, Arizona has been re-purposed into a 8 room hotel and 40 customer restaurant and is for sale BTC LOFTS and RESTAURANT FOR SALE. The price is a mere $895,000. The bedrooms look spartan but clean. and they have some with two beds and others with one. and the trip advisor review are pretty positive for the most part. Trip Advisor Reviews and because the building was a former Police Station it still has a holding cell which might be able to be converted to a special private dining area.Restaurant has a capacity of 40 people. and of course comes equipped with a kitchen. and there are lots more photos of the restaurant, kitchen, and rooms at the links posted above.
