Luxury Train idea for the United States

I watched the film, "Murder on the Orient Express" with Albert Finney playing the role of the famous detective, Hercule Poirot, and was amazed by how cool train travel could be minus the murder of course. A luxury train that really impresses me is the Seven Star of Kyushu, Japan.



Train travel has been ignored in the USA. They need to get back to it. A luxury train might inspire people to take an interest in rail travel.

I rode an Amtrak from Portland to Seattle and the scenery along the way was beautiful and since you are not having to concentrate on the road like in a car or jammed up in a metal tube like in an airplane you can actually unwind and relax.

It is like a resort on a train track. Check out that video and you will see.
