Saba is famous for being the exterior shot for the movie King Kong. It is an island controlled by the Netherlands. It does not have a lot of sandy beaches but it has excellent diving and the island has no poisonous snakes. There are lots of hiking opportunities as well. The government wants to become independent of fossil fuel and this vacation home would be the perfect set up because it is solar and the extra electricity it produces can power an electric car.

The home has a very nice interior including kitchen, dining, living, and bathroom.
