It is 2018, a new year, a chance to make something happen and create a new beginning. The idea for this brand new year is to create a resort that adds excitement and  perceived danger, not to mention a fantastic view, to the tourist seeking adventure.

The idea is to build a small resort using the Nest in Box Home for a resort featuring these cliff side dwellings near Blacklock Point, Oregon. 

Or build them near Elk, California

The buildings would have to be built horizontally aligned because they need to be out of the way of the crashing surf for safety. It would certainly make for a dramatic visit to the coast. The nestinbox would be very comfortable. Look at how the interior looks like.
