Rise of the Bolwoningen in a supreme Resort Idea in Mendocino California

Napoleon Bonaparte said, "If you wish to be a success in the world, promise everything, and deliver nothing." My favorite idea for a resort would be to use the spherical creations of the great architect, Dries Kreijkamp, who said, "We live on a sphere, we are born out of a sphere, why not live in a sphere." Kreijkamp designed the Bolwoningen Community in 1984. It became a famous oddity in architecture with most people saying it did not provide enough room for families. I think it would work much better in a resort application on the coast of California near Mendocino.
Here is a video of the land and how perfect the Bolwoningen would look there.

I would only put maybe a dozen Bolwoningen on that beautiful ocean side cliff. I hate the idea of cars being visible so before you get to the point that you see here on the video perhaps underground parking and perhaps motorized golf cart type vehicle to pack the luggage and guests to their respective Bolwoningen. A small plunge pool in front of each Bolwoningen would be perfect since you can't really access the ocean for swimming at this location. No restaurant necessary because each Bolwoningen has a kitchen. It would be the most unique resort in the United States and one of the most fun to stay at. The views would be amazing! Here is a 3-D video on the Bolwoningen.
